If I pull the battery and hold power and volume down I can get into a menu with a few things but none of them do anything except make it reboot back to the green screen. Then, click on the Browse button next to Boot Image, navigate to and. Click on the Browse button next to Phone Image, navigate to the downloaded HEX firmware for your device, and select it. This will take you to the QPST Software Download menu. Took it to Verizon and they didn't know anything. Moving on, go to the Start Clients section and select Software Download from the drop-down menu. I google searched it but came up with no real fixes. Just checked it an hour later and it was doing this. Get the ram dump image using QPST configuration Press key to choose Dload Mode or Reboot.ΔΆ. ![]() I checked it an hour later and noticed it had a green screen that looked like something from DOS. ![]() Around 530 today I was using my LG G4 and it was fine. ![]()
